Applicant is requesting a Special Exception to build a 249 campsite RV Park on ~85 acres zoned A-1 located within the southern boundary of the LARS. Zoning and Future Land Use designations will not be changed. Campgrounds are permitted uses in A-1 zoned parcels if approved through the Special Exception process. The applicant is also requesting three variances to code requirements regarding accessory building set-back distances.
BZA Staff are recommending denial of the request.
