The Avalon Home and Property Owners Association (AHPOA) membership consists of the property owners and residents of the Lake Avalon Rural Settlement and residents of the adjacent rural communities in Lake County.

The primary purpose of the AHPOA is to keep the membership informed about issues affecting the Rural Settlement, and acting as the voice of the membership for land-use and zoning concerns in the area. The AHPOA is a community resource for helping residents and the membership with issues that arise and affect us all.
