The P&Z Commission did not Recommend for Approval OR Denial of the Special Hearts Farm zoning and future land use change application because the Applicant requested a postponement of their case. We know there will be additional meetings, but no timetable was discussed.
It should be noted by those of you that sent in emails that during the commissioner discussion, they reported receiving 50 emails from our community. As a result of these emails, the P&Z commissioners noted they conducted additional research for this case to be better prepared for today’s session. Our sincere thank you to those who sent in emails.
