On September 18, 1924, J.P. Holbrook, the Secretary of the Orlando Orange Grove Company, recorded the subdivision plat for Lake Avalon and Lake Avalon Groves with Orange County. We have adopted this date as the official “birthdate” of our community.
Please make plans to join us for an afternoon of festivities to celebrate this community milestone. More details will be provided when your RSVP, but the party will include food trucks, kid-friendly beverages, and a play area for the kids. Invitations have been mailed to all AHPOA residents.
