The request for a Special Exception was denied by the Board of Zoning Adjustment at their Sept 5 meeting. The next step in the process is for the applicant to appeal the BZA decision to the Board of County Commissioners or to withdraw the application and try again with a different request. They have already stated that they will be appealing. We will update you with more information when it is available.
